These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MediFlow – Clinic Manager ("MediFlow", "the App").

By downloading or using MediFlow, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.


1. Purpose of the Application

MediFlow is a clinic management application designed to assist healthcare professionals in organizing their daily activities, including:

  • Patient management
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Treatment session tracking
  • Financial management
  • Report generation
  • Data backup and restoration

The application is intended as an administrative tool and does not provide medical diagnosis or clinical decision-making.


2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device.
  • Protecting access to your Google Account.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information entered into the application.
  • Complying with all applicable healthcare and privacy regulations in your country.

You are solely responsible for the data stored within MediFlow.


3. Premium Features

Some features require a one-time purchase of MediFlow Premium through Google Play.

Premium features may include:

  • Ad-free experience
  • Unlimited PDF reports
  • Advanced analytics
  • Local backup and restore
  • Google Drive backup and restore
  • Future premium enhancements

Premium purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play.


4. Google Account and Google Drive

Certain features require signing in with a Google Account.

If you choose to enable Google Drive backup:

  • Backup files are stored only in your personal Google Drive account.
  • MediFlow uses the application's private Drive folder (appDataFolder).
  • The application does not access your personal files outside this folder.

You may disconnect your Google Account at any time.


5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data created and stored using MediFlow.

The developer does not claim ownership of your patient records, clinic information, reports, or backup files.


6. Availability

We strive to keep MediFlow available and functioning correctly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Features may be updated, improved, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.


7. Disclaimer

MediFlow is provided "as is" and "as available."

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability and accuracy, the developer makes no warranties regarding:

  • uninterrupted service;
  • data accuracy;
  • compatibility with every Android device;
  • suitability for a particular purpose.

Healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for their clinical decisions and patient care.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • loss of data;
  • interruption of business;
  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

Users are strongly encouraged to maintain regular backups of their data.


9. Intellectual Property

MediFlow, including its design, software, graphics, and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • redistribute;
  • sell;
  • sublicense

any part of the application without prior written permission from the developer, except as permitted by applicable law.

  • Google AdMob
  • Google Drive API
  • Google Sign-In / Credential Manager

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.


11. Termination

You may stop using MediFlow at any time by uninstalling the application.

The developer reserves the right to discontinue the application or specific features without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
