MediFlow Privacy Policy

Thank you for using MediFlow – Clinic Manager.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information MediFlow collects, how it is used, and how your data is protected.

1. Information We Collect

MediFlow is designed to minimize data collection.

The application stores clinic information, patient records, appointments, treatments, and financial information locally on your device.

Medical and patient information entered into the application remains under your control.

2. Local Data Storage

By default, all clinic data is stored locally on your Android device.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Patient information
  • Treatment sessions
  • Appointment schedules
  • Financial records
  • Clinic settings

MediFlow does not automatically upload this information to any developer-owned server.

3. Google Account

If you choose to sign in with your Google Account, MediFlow uses Google authentication only to provide optional cloud backup features.

Your Google account is never used for advertising purposes.

4. Google Drive Backup

Premium users may choose to back up their data to Google Drive.

When enabled:

  • Backup files are stored only in your personal Google Drive account.
  • Backups are saved inside the application's private Drive folder (appDataFolder).
  • MediFlow cannot access your personal Google Drive files outside this private application folder.
  • You may disconnect your Google account at any time.

5. Advertisements

The free version of MediFlow displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect limited information such as:

  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Diagnostic information
  • Approximate location (when provided by Google services)

This information is collected by Google according to Google's own Privacy Policy.

Premium users do not receive advertisements.

6. In-App Purchases

MediFlow Premium is offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play Billing.

Purchase processing is handled entirely by Google Play.

MediFlow does not receive or store your payment information.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or medical information with third parties.

Your data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to create a Google Drive backup.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

However, no electronic storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to:

  • Protect their devices with a secure lock screen.
  • Keep regular backups.
  • Protect access to their Google account.

9. Your Choices

You may:

  • Use MediFlow without signing in to a Google account.
  • Disable cloud backup at any time.
  • Delete local data by uninstalling the application.
  • Delete backup files from your Google Drive.
  • Disconnect your Google account whenever you choose.

10. Children's Privacy

MediFlow is intended for healthcare professionals.

The application is not designed for direct use by children.

11. Third-Party Services

MediFlow may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Billing
  • Google AdMob
  • Google Drive API
  • Google Sign-In / Credential Manager

These services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
